We offer toll reprocessing for LDPE and LLDPE extruders, and buy post-industrial film scrap — turning surplus material into quality repro since 1997.
Goldman Global Greenfield — known as 3G — has been a trusted name in Southern California's plastics film industry for over two decades. We're a Vernon-based operation specializing in toll reprocessing for LDPE and LLDPE extruders, and in the purchase of post-industrial film scrap.
If you're an extruder with off-spec material, trim, or purge that needs reprocessing, we handle the work so you can stay focused on production. We also buy clean LDPE and LLDPE film scrap directly from manufacturers — fast response, fair pricing, no hassle.
Every batch we process comes back clean, contaminant-free, and consistent in melt quality — so you can run it confidently on your line without surprises.
Whether it's toll work for your extruder or purchased scrap, every batch goes through the same careful four-step process.
Incoming scrap is sorted by resin type, color, and grade — the foundation of everything that follows.
Using our in-house guillotine, we cut rolls of film of virtually any size — from large industrial rolls down to small — preparing material for efficient granulation and reprocessing.
Material is melted and reformed in our reprocessing equipment into clean, consistent pellets.
Finished repro material is packaged and returned to the customer (toll) or made available for sale to film manufacturers.
Our core offering. LDPE and LLDPE extruders send us off-spec material, film trim, purge, or production scrap — we reprocess it and return clean repro. You keep your material, we do the work.
We purchase post-industrial LDPE and LLDPE film scrap directly from manufacturers — bags, wrap, stretch film, agricultural film, trim, and more. Fast response, competitive pricing.
We occasionally purchase HDPE scrap on a case-by-case basis. Contact us to discuss your material — we'll let you know if it's a fit.
Toll processing means you send us your LDPE or LLDPE material — off-spec rolls, film trim, purge, or production scrap — and we reprocess it for you. The material stays yours throughout. We sort, cut, and run it through our equipment, then return clean repro back to you. You pay for the processing, not the material. It's a cost-effective way to recover value from material that would otherwise go to waste.
We accept a wide range of film forms including rolls of any size, sheet, bags, stretch film, agricultural film, shrink film, trim, and purge. For toll work we handle everything from large industrial rolls down to small — our in-house guillotine can cut rolls to any size before reprocessing. If you're not sure whether your material qualifies, just give us a call or text and we'll let you know quickly.
We run a high-volume operation — up to 24,000 lbs per day — so we don't let material sit. Turnaround depends on volume and scheduling, but we prioritize getting processed material back to our toll customers quickly so your operation isn't waiting on us. Contact us with your volume and we can give you a realistic timeline upfront.
Yes — in addition to toll processing, we purchase post-industrial LDPE and LLDPE film scrap directly from manufacturers and distributors. We pay competitive market prices and respond quickly. If you have consistent volumes of clean film scrap, we'd love to set up an ongoing arrangement. Call or text us with details about your material and quantities.
We work with a range of volumes — reach out and tell us what you have. We're flexible and happy to discuss whether it makes sense for both sides. Larger ongoing volumes are ideal, but we evaluate each situation individually rather than applying a hard cutoff.
We're located at 2025 East 48th Street in Vernon, CA 90058 — right in the heart of Los Angeles's industrial corridor, with easy access from the 710 and 5 freeways. Material can be dropped off at our facility or we can discuss pickup arrangements depending on volume and location. Contact us to work out the logistics.
